
Many web hosting companies use automated trouble ticket systems whereby you fill out a request for assistance and wait for a short email response. The response often fails to address the actual request in the first place, at any rate it generally takes up to a full working day to get any response whatsoever.
As Web Seven, we believe in the human approach. We have always personally responded to any and all of our customers concerns, usually by telephone. In many cases your concern or question is responded to immediately, or within a very short amount of time, sometimes merely minutes, rather than houts. When it IS impossible to respond right away, your voice message will be followed up on in a very short time, and the question attended to.
We also offer WebMaster services, whereby we manage YOUR site, by updating or making necessary changes which you provide by email.
Fees for this service are usually nominal, and vary depending upon the degree of work required. In some cases we charge an additional monthly fee, other situations are billed on an as-needed basis, but we always work quickly and accurately in order to keep your site as up to date as possible.
